Undress De-Stress Bath

Preparing your bath with the following recipe is one great way to melt away the stress of the day. This de-stress bath works wonders to help relieve stress nervous tension and anxiety. For best results, use organic therapeutic-grade essential oils.
Ingredients
3 Drops of Lavender essential oil
3 Drops of Geranium essential oil
3 Drop of Lavender essential oil
2 Drops of Bergamont essential oil
1 Teaspoon coconut oil (organic)
1 White soy candle (optional)
Non-toxic bubble bath (optional)
Directions
Fill your tub with warm water. Then add all the essential oil to the water.
Light the white candle. Relax and soak for 45 minutes to an hour. Prepare an 8oz glass of water with a slice of lemon, and drink after the bath is completed.
Note: Lavender and Clary Sage promote good vibes, and a sense of well-being while Geranium and Bergamont regulate pre-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause.
