Try this Aromatic Bath for PMS 
(Use Organic) when possible

3 Drops of Lavender essential oil
2 Drops of Geranium essential oil
2 Drops of Grapefruit essential oil
2 Drops of Clary Sage essential oil
1/2 Cup Epsom Salts
1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

Mix all ingredients together making a paste.  Fill the bathtub with warm water, using your hands add the ingredients into the water.  Soak for 20 to 30 minutes.

Other items needed:
1 white candle, do not disturb sign, deep breaths/
