Backache Oil for lower back discomfort…. Can be applied prior to strenuous activity, or afterwards when pain is experience.
2 tbls. vegetable oil (or combination of arnica oil)
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
6 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
6 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
3 drops Geranium Essential Oil
Place the essential oils in an amber glass bottle. Mix well. Add the 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Shake gently to mix well. Apply a small amount to the general area of back discomfort.
