Bath for Poor Circulation

Bath for Poor Circulation – Lifestyles1031 Inc.

This bath for poor circulation is very nourishing to the skin while it detoxifies and helps to improve sluggish conditions.

Do you have poor circulation? Lifestyle changes including regular exercise, along with proper dietary changes is a perfect start to improve your circulation.

Baths with essential oils and sea salt helps to stimulate, relax, detoxify the system, and restore the body to wholeness.

Bath Recipe

  • 4 Drops Cypress Essential Oil
  • 3 Drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
  • 1 Drop Nutmeg Essential Oil
  • Dead Israel Sea Salt
  • Capful of Coconut Oil (carrier oil)

The best way to prepare it is to add the essential oil and the coconut (carrier) oil first before pouring it into the water. Fill your tub with water the temperature should be warm (not hot) now add your Dead Sea Salt or Restore Bath Salts then add your essential oil blend. Be careful while stepping into the tub because of the oils it might be a little slippery.

Soak for about 20 – 30 minutes – then with a body brush start brushing your feet and legs in upwards motions towards your heart to stimulate circulation. After brushing for a few minutes elevate your feet to the bottom edge of the tub and RELAX for a little while. Rinse off with cool water and towel dry.

Drink plenty of water after your bath, and remember to add a slice of lemon which will help the detox process and balance your pH level.

To your good health!  JE Sunnie Discipio
