Beet and Carrot Juice (Juicer not required)

BEET AND CARROT JUICE – (JUICER NOT REQUIRED)

1 large pot of water
3 medium beets, scrubbed, ends removed.
3 large carrots, washed, peeled

Bring to boil on low to medium heat, strain let cool, chill and serve one glass of beet & carrot every morning.
