Browned Salmon Fish on Skillet


4 pieces of salmon with skin
2 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Lemon slices


Coat Salmon with coconut oil, seasoning, garlic salt and black pepper. Sear in hot pan for 5 minutes on both sides, then add dill and lemon slices. Serve with salad or your choice of vegetables. Enjoy!
