Okay, let’s face most women will experience a little or a lot of cellulite as we age. As cellulite appears your skin color may start becoming uneven and skin elasticity deteriorates. Cosmetics firms are coming out with many different expensive skin creams to help in the reduction of cellulite, so far the evidence is scant.
I am not a doctor and certainly not an expert on cellulite reduction, I can only share what has worked for me in reducing my cellulite. I like to think that we have everything that we need to help keep cellulite at bay right in our kitchen, in combination with a proper diet and exercise. Treatment which will include detoxifying herbal wraps, body brushing, coffee and herbal paste/scrubs, as well as yoga, walking, and weight lifting.
Here’s some DIY right from your kitchen:
Mix in equal parts Organic Kelp, Funugreek Seed Powder, Bladderwrack Powder, Raw Mud, Dulse Leaf Powder, filtered water and make a paste. Add 3 drop of Neroli, Frankincense Essential Oils. Apply with a spatula to targeted areas, and wrap with Saran wrap for 30 – 45 minutes. Follow with the scrub below.
Make a paste by combining Sea Salt, Coffee, Sugar, Honey and Olive Oil… Since this can get very messy, I recommend getting in the shower or tub to apply. Target areas such as buttocks or legs where the cellulite are, and apply the paste in circular motions for about 15 – 20 minutes, rinse off with warm water. Pat dry and use your favorite body butter or lotion to moisturize. I recommend using our Amazing Body Butter, it’s natural and organic and leaves the skin feeling refresh, soft and smooth. It is a non greasy cream, you will love it.
