1/4 c. Almond Oil (or grape seed oil)
40 Drops Juniper Oil 3 drops Lemon Oil
1 tbs Coconut Oil
1 tbs Beeswax Pastilles or grated beeswax
Combine the carrier oil (almond/grape seed) in a small saucepan over the lowest heat setting possible, add coconut oil and beeswax and stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes. Add the essential oils and then pour into a small 1/2 pint jar.
Let set an hour or so to solidify. Alternatively you could just make a massage oil without the beeswax as well.
Apply to problem areas twice per day (morning/night) massaging vigorously for at least 10 minutes with each application. Find the ingredients at your local health food store.
