Apple cider vinegar
Bring 1/2 bunch parsley and 1/2 bunch cilantro to boil in a pot of filtered water, then add freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/4 cup of ACV. Let cool and drink for 3 – 7 days, three times a day. Drink lots of water throughout the day to help in flushing out toxins.
Exercise – Walking and exercise is essential to help move toxins for elimination, so stay active.
