PMS is caused primary by the increase of estrogen level and the decrease in progesterone.  Many women may experience a wide variety of uncomfortable symptoms ranging from mild to severe.  Some of these symptoms may include the following:

  • Acne
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea
  • Insomnia
  • Weight Gain
  • Nervous Tension
  • Depression
  • Decreased Libido
  • Fatigue
  • Anger
  • Tearfulness
  • Food Cravings

Some of these conditions will be more intense if you have a poor diet and exercise lifestyle.  Massages, yoga, aromatherapy, essentials oil can help to balance your emotional and physical state as well as proper diet and exersize.

Try this Aromatic Bath for PMS

5 Drops of Lavendar essential oil

2 Drops of Geranium essential oil

2 Drops of Grapefruit essential oil

2 Drops of Clary Sage essential oil

1/2 Cup Epsom Salts

1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

 

Mix all ingredients together making a paste.  Fill bathtub with warm water, using your hands add the ingredients into the water.  Soak for 20 to 30 minutes.

Other items needed:

1 white candle, do not disturb sign, deep breaths ~ ENJOY!
