Looking for an effective DIY Face Mask? Look no further, this edible DIY is no ordinary Mask.  Apply on your skin or eat it for overall good health!  Because of the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and fiber ingredients, it may help with body inflammation, and lowering blood pressure when eaten.

Edible DIY Face Mask

You'll need only a few items that you probably already have in your kitchen, and if you don't have them you should get them. Did I say this mask is edible :)~ Oh yes, and it's very yummy too!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon Quaker oats powder/flakes
  • 1 capsule Vitamin E
  • 3 teaspoon Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add the turmeric, instant coffee (use organic if you can), crushed quaker oats.  Cut the vitamin E capsule and squeeze the liquid into the bowl with other ingredients. 

  2. Add 2-3 teaspoons of almond milk, and 1 teaspoon of raw honey. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until it becomes a paste. 

  3. Make sure the consistency is smooth so it sticks to the skin.   

  4. Apply on your face and leave on for 15 - 20 minutes, you will feel it tightening on your skin. After 20 minutes, rinse well approximately 3 times. Towel dry, I recommend using paper towels for the first few times until your skin is clean from the paste. Turmeric stains so be careful with clothing. 
  5. After three rinses, use an organic face oil to further remove any residue of the paste, I used Organic Cleansing Oil you can get it here https://bit.ly/2g9azQo this organic cleansing oil is combined with chamomile oil, lavender oil, vitamin E, safflower seed oil, avocado oil, rosemary leaf oil, and other organic oils that benefits the skin (use with cotton ball or pad), then rinse off with cool water and dry off.

Recipe Notes

If you're going to use it to lower blood pressure (omit) the coffee ingredient.  One spoonful daily is recommended.
