1 cup white whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp sea salt, handful of spinach. Whisk all together, and gradually add 3 teaspoon of olive oil.
Then add approximately 3 – 4 tablespoon of water, and mix with hand.
Knead for 1 minute to a workable texture, let flour set for approx. 15 minutes then mix again and proceed to the following.
Mash Chick Peas moderately with a potato masher, added freshly chopped tomatoes, fresh thyme, chopped habanero pepper (use gloves when chopping), sea salt, crushed black pepper, onion, clove of garlic. Wrap, seal edges and bake for approximately 20 at 350. Enjoy!
