Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of peeled garlic (chopped)

1 small piece of ginger (chopped)

3 pieces of turmeric root (chopped)

1 teaspoon of organic cinnamon (optional)

1 1/2 cups of raw honey

1/2 cup of Braggs apple cider vinegar

1 lemon (juiced)

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in a glass jar and stir well with a spoon, seal the container and store for 3 day before use.  The oils from the garlic will have blended and cured with the other ingredients, so it will not be as pungent.  Take one teaspoon every morning or anytime your blood pressure is elevated.  This remedy also works well to lower lower blood sugar,  and cholesterol levels.
