Skin Care Routine for Healthy Skin

Juicing

Juicing daily will make your skin vibrant because fresh juice is nutrient dense, provides your digestive system with powerful enzymes, and is cleansing for the body. My favorite is cucumber, green apple, to kale, orange, cayenne pepper, pickle juice, flax seeds, ginger, lemon, pineapple. This is also give you tons of energy so, get ready to do complete everything on your “to do” list.

Exercise

Exercise is probable the most important because it really gets the toxins moving, don’t skip this step your skin will benefit from it. You don’t have to run a MARATHON just keep moving and stay consistent. Do what you body allows you to do yoga, dancing, running, biking, hiking, swimming, just keep it moving, the old saying you “move it or lose it”.

Time Out

Be sure to give yourself some daily quiet time to meditate, read and relax to de-stress after a long day of work. Take some time and plan out your following day, remember to write down what you want to accomplish the following day so, that way you “rest” your brain from constantly thinking about it overnight, and you’ll get a good nights rest.

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

Raw apple cider vinegar has been shown to reduce acidity in the body, ease and regulate digestion, as well as detox the liver and kidneys. ACV is also great for the acne when used as a simple spot treatment. Apply a few drops to blemishes twice a day for best results and/or dilute it in water and apply it as a toner. In addition, drink a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar if it’s to potent mix with a little water.

Balanced Eating

Eating a healthy diet is also essential to beautiful skin. Combine whole grains, vegetables, protein, and fiber into your diet will give you the necessary nutrients. Adding Carrots to you diet will not only detox your colon, but will give you vitamin A and beta-carotene, carrots have the perfect fiber ratio and support your digestive system better than any other vegetable.

Skin Care

Cleanser and double cleanse, Toner, Moisturize and Massage, this is my daily routine. I also scrub and use an Enzyme Mask once a week.
