Here’s another one of my favorite Smoothie I made this afternoon… It’s really refreshing, tasty, zingy and oh so healthy for you. Give it a try and see if you like it!

Approximately 5-6 small Beets
1/2 cup Beet Juice (chilled)
1 whole Cucumber
3 teaspoons Flax Seeds
1/2 cup Pickle Juice (chilled)
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Coconut Water (chilled)
3 handfuls of Red Grapes (chilled)
1 small Ginger Root (optional)

Blend is NutriBullet or similar blender…
Serves 2
